Hi I’m Kate R!
Since studying Sport and Exercise Science at college, I’ve always been fascinated by the human body – how it moves and how that translates into training and performance.
Going through my own training journey and working with a coach made me realise where my true passion lies. I wanted to help people build the confidence to train, get as strong as possible, and enjoy the process along the way.
Since joining Studio6, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of women and have been given so many opportunities to grow and develop into the coach I am today. Through my experience in the fitness industry, I’ve noticed a significant gap in knowledge when it comes to training women in pre and postnatal stages.
I’m passionate about raising awareness around the importance of training during pregnancy and supporting women through postnatal rehab. I’m excited to keep learning, evolving, and helping more women feel empowered in their bodies!
Hi, I’m Jill! I’ve been coaching at Studio6 for over two years, and every day I’m driven by a passion to help women overcome internal battles and become the best version of themselves. One of my biggest missions is breaking the stigma around menopause.
As a 45-year-old perimenopausal woman, navigating this chapter of life has given me a deeper purpose – to educate and empower other women to embrace menopause not as something negative, but as a natural, transformative part of life. It’s all about reframing the narrative.
When I’m not coaching on the gym floor, you’ll probably catch me clocking miles with the run club or planning our next hiking adventure!
With over 8 years in the health and fitness industry, my journey has shown me the importance of supporting women’s mental health and encouraging them to see their worth. I truly believe that strength comes from both the mind and body.
Studio6 gives me the space to live out this passion every day, and I’m grateful to be part of a community that uplifts and empowers women to feel stronger – inside and out.
Hi! I’m Kate W!
Growing up as a musical theatre performer, I was exposed early on to the pressures of diet culture and body image – something I’m passionate about reshaping within the walls of Studio6. Our ethos is all about redefining fitness for women, focusing on strength, confidence, and joy rather than aesthetics alone. That mindset really resonated with me and fueled my love for performance-based training – getting faster, stronger, and fitter, while letting any changes in appearance be a natural byproduct.
While studying at university, I started coaching part-time, and it quickly became clear that this was the path I wanted to follow. Now, after graduating, I’m proud to be coaching full-time and dedicating my energy to helping women thrive. I’ve competed in Hyrox solos and doubles, ATHX, half and full marathons, and I know firsthand how empowering it feels to set and achieve goals that push both body and mind. I’m incredibly passionate about helping women build the strength – physically and mentally – to take on these kinds of challenges and feel unstoppable in the process.
At Studio6, we’re all about creating an environment where women feel capable of anything, and I’m so proud to be part of it!
Hi! I’m Demi!
I’m so excited to be part of this incredible team. I’ve been in the fitness industry for over six years, working across personal training, large group fitness, and now focusing on small group personal training – which I absolutely love.
When I’m not on the gym floor, I’m passionate about helping women through exercise and injury rehabilitation, improving body image, and offering support to those with performing arts backgrounds or who work shifts. I believe fitness should be accessible to all women, and I’m driven by the idea that every woman deserves to feel strong, confident, and empowered in their body.
I can’t wait to work with you and be part of your journey at Studio6!
Hi! I’m Rebecca!
After completing my degree in Sport and Exercise Science, I’ve spent the last three years working as a personal trainer in Newcastle. My passion lies in helping women feel strong and confident in the gym, but it goes beyond that – I love supporting women in building a positive relationship with themselves and with food. I believe fitness is about so much more than just physical progress; it’s about mental strength, resilience, and learning to appreciate your body for what it can do.
I’m all about creating a space where women feel empowered, supported, and capable of achieving things they didn’t think possible. I’m excited to bring that same energy and mission to Studio6 and be part of a community that’s redefining what fitness means for women.

Hi! I’m Claire.
I’m thrilled to be stepping into the role of Head of Administration and Operations at Studio6!
My background is a little different – I’m an ex-professional dancer who’s spent years performing on stages and cruise ships all over the world. Along the way, I’ve been involved in small business projects and event management, which has kept me busy (and on my toes)!.
After settling up north with my family, I joined Studio6 as a member in 2024 – and I’ve absolutely flourished. I’ve found a love for the gym that I never expected, and now I’m so excited to bring that energy into my role as part of the team.
I’m incredibly passionate about helping Studio6 create more impact in women’s lives, and I feel grateful to be part of a process that’s making such a difference.
