The Onboarding Phase – Getting to Know You

This is where it all begins. Before we jump into the nitty-gritty, we take the time to get to know you, show you our systems and more. We want to hear your story – what’s worked for you in the past, what hasn’t, and what’s lit that fire in you to start something new. This is where we figure out if we’re the right fit for you and, more importantly, how we can create a bulletproof plan tailored to your goals.

Think of it as a friendly deep dive into your fitness journey so far and where you dream of going next. Whether it’s building confidence, crushing personal bests, or finding that spark for training, we’re here to craft a roadmap to your success. With our proven methods in training and holistic well-being coaching, we’ll set you up to win – no matter what your goals are.

We’ll also go through an in depth movement screening to check out how your bodies feeling noting any potential niggles and how to manage them.

The Four-Week Foundation Programme – Your Fresh Start

Welcome to the Foundation Programme – your first real taste of what Studio6 is all about. You’ll be paired with your very own one-to-one coach, who will be your biggest cheerleader, your guide, and (let’s be honest) the person who will push you to new heights.

Over these four weeks, you’ll learn to lift safely and confidently, discover a whole new love for training, and tap into strength you didn’t even know you had. You’ll have access to our gym sessions, where you’ll train alongside other like-minded women – all here to level up and support each other.

Whether your goals are to build muscle, lose fat, heal your relationship with food, or just feel amazing in your own skin, this phase is where the magic starts. Your coach will tailor everything to you, step by step. By the end of the four weeks, you’ll not only feel stronger – physically, mentally, and emotionally – but you’ll also have found a place where you belong.

Becoming a Full-Time Member – Your Forever Journey

This is where the real magic happens – the start of a journey you’ll never want to end. Becoming a full-time member at Studio6 means so much more than just showing up for sessions. It means being part of a community that always has your back, a coach who’s there to guide and support you, and an environment that inspires you to be your best self every single day.

Here, you’ll never hit a plateau. You’ll never feel like you’re alone. Instead, you’ll find endless opportunities for growth – from personal development to physical strength. With our events, community connections, and the support of the incredible women around you, your journey will constantly evolve.

Start with our Four-Week Foundation Program an entry-level experience designed to introduce you to how we work and help you decide if it’s the right fit for you. Over four weeks, you’ll gain access to:

Training sessions that challenge and excites you.

The opportunity to work on your strength, fitness, and relationship with food.

What are the times of your sessions?

We run six coach-led sessions every weekday to fit around your busy life! Here’s when you can join us:

Monday to Friday:
• Morning: 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 9:15 AM
• Evening: 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM, 6:30 PM

Saturday:
• Morning: 8:15 AM, 9:30 AM

Whether you’re an early bird, a school-run queen, or squeezing in a session after work – we’ve got you covered!

All sessions are booked through our app, and you can switch things up whenever you need to. We keep Sundays free for well-deserved rest and recovery (because balance is everything)!

How much does coaching with you cost?

Our coaching starts with our Four Week Foundation programme, which is a £127 investment. This gives you a chance to experience our approach, see how we work, and start building towards your goals.

After that, we have five different membership options to suit your goals and lifestyle. At the end of your four weeks, we’ll sit down for a 1-1 review to check in on your progress. We’ll chat about which membership feels like the best fit for you moving forward and make sure our coaching aligns with your goals.

It’s all about finding the right rhythm for you – no pressure, just the right level of support!

Do you offer transformations?

Yes – but we’re not your typical “before and after” transformation team.

While fat loss and strength building can be part of the process, our coaching isn’t just focused on shrinking your body. We believe true transformation happens when you work on your Mind, Body, and Soul – not just how you look.

We guide clients through mindset shifts, habit changes, and improving their relationship with food and exercise. It’s about connecting how you look, think, and feel, creating lasting change that goes beyond the scale or progress photos.

If you’re ready for a deeper, more meaningful transformation, we’d love to support you on your journey!

Do I need to be fit to start?

Absolutely not!

You don’t need to be at any specific level of fitness or experience to begin with us – that’s exactly why we’re here.

Every new member starts with a consultation with one of our coaches, and we keep our sessions small and personal to make sure you get the attention and support you need. Everything is tailored to your level – from the very first session to the more advanced ones down the line.

This is personal training, and you’ll never feel out of place or left behind. You won’t be doing what everyone else is doing – you’ll be doing what’s right for you.

Before you even step through our doors, we’ll hop on a quick call to chat about how we can best support you and your goals. We want to make sure Studio6 feels like the right fit for you – and that you feel comfortable and excited to start.
